Maybe a Rat

One night I was done showering.
Opening the closet I put on a clean T-shirt,
Something was quite bothering.
Out of the T-shirt fell a black dropping.
Smelly, that was someone's pooping!

So then I embarked rat-hunting,
Until I learned - from an educated biologist - 

that was not a rat's doing,
but a Tokay Gecko, in my house, hanging.

[Childhood Memory]
Mom says if you find lost money, don't keep it, you oughta bring it to the police. But... it's just 10 dollah! (In the 1980s, 10 Taiwan Dollar was about 30 cent USD, which could buy you a nice BBQ corn from the street. Also, a comic book back then was about 30 to 60 TWD.)
